While Alpha 2 Player as been expensive to develop, it is FREE for personal use.

As such, ALPHA 2 Player does NOT include support nor warranty.
(For professional use, contact me for a license and support options.)

Support will still be provided, by email, to the most important donators :)


I do not sell Alpha 2 nor the Unlock Code for advanced features.

I GIVE the unlock code FREE to thanks people who are kind enough to make a donation and support ALPHA 2 developement.

I GIVE the unlock code totally FREE (without donation) on some occasions.

That does not imply the ULC will work, the unlocked features will work or any kind of warranty.

If you made a mistake when entering your ASN and, of course, the ULC does not work you have to REGISTER AGAIN.
I could have sold a fully featured version for $20 but instead set the smallest donation very low so even if you have to register 3 times it is still cheaper :) (Also less than buying Winamp Pro and nothing compare to years of full time work and over $50000 I spent making it)

So Pleeeeaaase, do not complain about it. A donation is NOT a purchase !
I also cannot know if you donated because I do not keep your data on my server (though I may later provide an option to do it, at least for important contributors)

Now, if your are under 13, trully poor, impaired (like exceptionally intelligent, blind, both ? :), a cat saver, a terrorist victim, a blogger that promote ALPHA 2, an open source software developer or whatever that may make me lift my eyebrows, you can contact me for FREE ULC, suggestions or anything else. (Note that I rarely open my email :)

By the way, readers from some countries should not start dreaming ! They will not be entertained. I am not stupid, lived all over the world and my site can detect very accurately where you are even if using an anonymous proxy. I am not wasting my time with liers, beggers, cheaters, etc...

Should I say that ALPHA 2 is not recommended for life critical applications, not designed to play illegal downloads or to disturb your neighbour and any use of it IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

In conclusion, I really hope YOU will support ALPHA 2 so ALPHA 3, the users's player, will soon be released as it is TRULLY fantastic !
(By the way, all ALPHA 2 registered users will get free registration for ALPHA 3.)
